Przypisy
1) As part of the remote service, an AURA Technologies Sp. z o.o. technician connects to the Client’s workstation via the Internet to perform the requested tasks. The prerequisite for establishing such a connection is that the Client has a stable Internet connection and installs dedicated free software.
2) The service price does not include travel costs, which amount to 120 PLN net; services are provided within Warsaw and the surrounding area (up to 25 km). AURA Technologies Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to refuse on-site service and may propose performing the service remotely or at the AURA Technologies Sp. z o.o. headquarters.
3) CThe price is calculated for each commenced hour. The service is billed in accordance with the product’s terms and conditions.
4) Applies to certified training; the minimum fee for a training session is 1,990 PLN net.
5)Applies to services carried out within less than 48 hours from the time the order is placed.
